Statement of
Corporate Governance

Adevinta is subject to corporate governance reporting requirements as defined in the Norwegian Accounting Act, section 3-3b, and the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance (the Code).

The current edition of the Code was published on 14 October 2021 and is available at www.nues.no. Adevinta’s Statement of Corporate Governance follows the structure of the Code and any deviations from the Code are highlighted under each section.

Adevinta’s Statement of Corporate Governance also includes information on corporate governance, pursuant to the Norwegian Accounting Act, section 3-3b. Adevinta’s corporate governance is subject to review and consideration by the Board of Directors of Adevinta and the Statement of Corporate Governance is an integral part of the Board of Directors’ report.
